CHOCOLATE CHIP CREAM CHEESE BARS 
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. fudge cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup for topping; pat remaining crumb mixture into ungreased 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Beat cheese, sugar and 1 egg until light and smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool before cutting. Makes 3 dozen bars.
