3-5 lb. beef roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Enough aluminum foil to cover and seal around roast

Put roast on foil. Spread mushroom soup over roast without diluting. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Seal in foil. Put in shallow pan and in oven at 250 degrees for 8 hours or 300 degrees for 4 hours.
