3 LAYER PIE 
CRUST:

1 stick butter
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. flour

Have butter at room temperature. Blend with nuts and flour. Press in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

1ST LAYER:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix, blend well and fill crust.

2ND LAYER:

1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend and pour over first layer.

3RD LAYER:

Top with Cool Whip. Garnish with grated chocolate (any kind of chocolate bar). Chill and serve.
