4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) coconut

Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 3 minutes. Pour into buttered 9-inch pie pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Makes own crust.
