CHOCOLATE SATIN PIE 
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla extract
9" baked pie shell
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
Whipped cream

Combine chocolate, milk, sugar and salt in top of double boiler. Cook over hot water until blended. Cool slightly. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well. Blend in vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Top with whipped cream before serving.
