CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 lb. chicken
1 can Veg-all
2 c. Minute Rice
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion

Cook chicken until tender. Cut in bite size pieces. Cook onion in chicken broth. Add rice. When rice absorbs the broth add soup, chicken and Veg-all. Put in baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on top.
