2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
4 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
3/4 tsp. vanilla

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/3 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, chilled

Mix all ingredients except Streusel Topping. Beat 30 seconds. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with Streusel Topping.

STREUSEL TOPPING: Mix all ingredients together until crumbly.

Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
