1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg
1 c. pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 eggs

Mix together box of yellow cake mix, stick butter, and egg until thick, add 1 cup of pecans. Spread dough out in a greased and floured 15x11 inch pan, approximately 1 inch in depth.

Mix together 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, 1 box confectioners' sugar, and 2 eggs. Pour this mixture over the dough in pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown. Cake will appear soft but will firm up after cooling.
