PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1 c. quick oats
1 c. chopped dried fruit
1/2 c. wheat germ

Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in coconut or chopped nuts. Refrigerate and keep in a closed container.
