PINEAPPLE CHICKEN | |
5 chicken breasts, skinned and boned 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix 1 sm. can pineapple tidbits in natural juice, drained 1/2 c. Russian (lite) dressing mix 1/2 c. apricot jam, natural Wash, clean, skin and bone chicken breasts. Dry with paper towel. Place in baking dish (9 x 13 inch pan). Mix onion soup mix, pineapple juice, Russian dressing and jam. Pour over chicken. Place pineapple tidbits on top. Let marinate for several hours (at least 2). Bake for 1 1/2 hours, basting several times during baking at 325 degrees. |
