CROCK POT APPLE BUTTER | |
16 c. apples 2 c. sugar 2 c. cider 2 tsp. cinnamon Peel, core, and chop apples. Combine apples and cider in crock pot on low setting. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or until apples are mushy, stirring as needed. Mash or puree the apples. Add sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. Cover and cook on low about 1 hour. This is good on bread and crackers. It will keep in refrigerator for several weeks. |
