MOUND CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix, prepared as directed, baked in 9x13" pan
24 lg. marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) shredded coconut
3/4 c. sugar

Bake cake as directed. Cook remaining ingredients together until marshmallows melt. Spread over cake. Allow cake with topping to cool for 1 hour. Spread chocolate frosting over cooled frosting. I use ready to spread dark fudge.
