1 box macaroni
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 sm. jar pimento, drained
1 can Spam, cubed (or other meat)

Cook and drain macaroni. Combine with all other ingredients. Bake in 1 1/2 quart casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
