ALOHA CHEESECAKE | |
1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs 1/4 c. butter, melted 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. sugar 2 tbsp. milk 2 eggs 1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts, toasted 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 kiwi, peeled, sliced Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar and milk, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in nuts; pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Before serving, top with fruit. 10-12 servings. |
