GLAZED BACON 
1 lb. thick sliced bacon
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. dry sherry or cooking wine
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Arrange bacon slices on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until crisp, about 12 to 15 minutes. Mix brown sugar, sherry and mustard in a small bowl. Remove bacon from oven, pour off excess fat. Brush sugar glaze over slices. Bake 5 minutes. Turn slices and brush with remaining glaze. Bake another 5 minutes, serve warm. (If needed, keep warm in 200 degree oven (covered) until ready to serve.) Serves 6.
