SALMON PATTIES 
1 can salmon, drained
3 eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix ingredients with fork. Heat large frying pan, lightly oiled. Fry salmon in about 3 inch patties, taking care not to over cook. Yum!

Serve with juicy vegetables (i.e. corn, green beans, zucchini, cooked carrots, spinach).
