POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hash brown potatoes
10 oz. cheese, grated
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 carton sour cream (8-16 oz.)
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. box corn flakes

Use the frozen potatoes and mix all ingredients together except cornflakes. Bake mixture at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. If frozen, it will take longer to cook. Ten minutes before cooked, sprinkle cornflakes over casserole and bake for 10 minutes or until flakes begin to brown.
