SPICED MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. catsup
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. horseradish
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Make this into meatballs and brown in a skillet. Saute 1 chopped onion in 2 tbsp. butter and add 1/2 cup catsup, 1/2 cup chili sauce, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, 4 drops of Tabasco sauce, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes, add meatballs to sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
