SALMON PIE 
1 lg. can red salmon, drained
1 lg. can peas, drained
1 med. onion, finely chopped
4 lg. cooked potatoes, mashed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all of the above together and divide the mixture into two double pie crusts. Bake at 325 degree oven for 45 minutes or until pie crust is a golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
