BLENDER SALMON PIE 
4 eggs
4 oz. cream cheese (125 g)
1 1/2 c. homogenized milk
7 oz. can salmon, drained
4 green onions, including tops, chopped, or 1/4 c. chopped onion
Mushrooms, diced
Parsley

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Whirl cheese, milk and eggs in blender until fairly smooth. Pour into pie plate. Stir in other ingredients. Bake in center of oven 45-50 minutes or until center seems set when pan is jiggled. Serves 4-6.
