SALMON AND CORN PIE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. grated onion
1 1/2 c. cooked or canned whole kernel corn
Salt and pepper
1 lb. can salmon, flaked (remove bones)
Fluffy mashed potatoes

Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour and mix well. Add the milk gradually and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add the onion, drained corn and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the flaked salmon, reheat and pour into a buttered baking dish. Cover with fluffy mashed potatoes. Dot with butter and brown under broiler. Serves 6.
