POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix or 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seed

Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat 4 minutes. Pour into 2 regular size bread pans to bake. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. (Grease and flour bread pans.)

Freezing improves these, I keep several in my freezer to give away when I need a quick food gift.
