1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. ketchup
Salt
Onion
1/2 tsp. celery flakes
Mashed potatoes to serve 4 - reg. or instant
Grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients except potatoes and cheese. Press in 8 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Place potatoes on top of baked meat, sprinkle cheese over. Bake 10-15 minutes longer. Servings: 4.
