8 oz. spaghetti
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese or 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream or 4 oz. each
2 to 3 c. of favorite spaghetti sauce
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook and drain spaghetti (break in 1/2 before cooking). While still warm add butter, eggs and Parmesan cheese to spaghetti and toss. Place into a well greased casserole, making a well in the middle. Layer sour cream and/or cottage cheese in the center. Add spaghetti sauce over the top. Add Mozzarella last 10 minutes of cooking time. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Freezes great.
