FAVORITE SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
12 oz. pkg. smoked sausage links or 12 oz. kielbasa, sliced
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
4 c. cooked potatoes, sliced
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed
dash of pepper

Brown sausage. Add onion. Cook until tender. Blend in flour, seasonings and milk. Keep stirring to thicken. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients. Place in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish. Top with additional cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
