CRUNCHY MEAT LOAVES 
2 eggs
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. ground round
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 can chicken broth
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. green onion
1 can mandarin oranges
1 tbsp. sesame seeds

Beat eggs until frothy, add crumbs, water chestnuts, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Add ground meat, mix well. Form into 6 oval loaves. Place loaves in 13"x9" pan. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Prepare chicken broth, cornstarch; mix well, add brown sugar, soy sauce and green onion. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add oranges. After loaves have baked 20 minutes, spoon sauce over meat. Return to oven. Bake another 10 minutes. Serve with sesame seeds.
