2 qt. potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter

Place half the potatoes in a 2 quart casserole. Top with half the seasonings. Dot with half the butter. Repeat layers. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Makes 8 servings.
