9 c. water
9 tsp. yeast
12 c. cooked oatmeal, cooled
2 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
2 1/4 c. molasses
3 tbsp. salt
40 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Add rest of the ingredients.
