CHICKEN CHOWDER 
1 med. potato, peeled & cubed (1 c.)
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

In large saucepan, cook potatoes and celery in milk, about 10 minutes, just until tender; mash slightly. Stir in corn, chicken and seasonings. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes or more. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
