CHICKEN CHOWDER 
1 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 ribs celery, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
5 chicken bouillon cubes
2 or 3 pieces chicken breast
1 qt. water

Then add: 1 (16 oz.) can corn 1 (16 oz.) can limas 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper 2 cloves garlic, crushed Milk

Melt butter; add onion, bell pepper, celery. Saute until clear. Add flour; stir and lightly brown. Add 1 quart water, bouillon cubes and 2 or 3 pieces chicken breast. Cook until chicken is done, over medium heat. Remove chicken; debone and cut into bite-size pieces.

Put chicken back in pot along with potatoes, corn, limas, lemon pepper and garlic. Cook until all vegetables are done and mixture thickens. Cream with 3 cups of milk. Bring to boil, then serve.
