BIEROCKS 
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground sausage
2 pounds (1 quart) sauerkraut, drained
1 batch yeast dough
1 large onion, chopped
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt or less

Brown beef, sausage and onion. Drain well. Add salt and pepper, mix together with sauerkraut. Place tablespoonful of filling in center of 5 inch square of bread dough. Close and pinch together corners and set onto greased baking sheet to rise.

Bake at 350°F till golden brown, 20-25 minutes.

Makes 2 dozen.
