BAR-B-Q CUPS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. bar-b-q sauce
1 can Pillsbury biscuits
Shredded cheese (I use Hoop cheese)

Brown ground beef and drain; add onions, brown sugar and bar-b-q sauce. Mix well. Roll out each biscuit and place into muffin pan. Add 1-1 1/2 tablespoons of meat mixture into each biscuit. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
