GERMAN CHOCOLATE ICING 
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk (1 sm. can)
2 egg yolks
1/3 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

In saucepan, combine sugar, milk, egg yolks and shortening. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to boil. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, coconut and pecans. Cool, put on cake.
