CHEESECAKE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. of 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1 graham cracker pie crust

Beat cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whip topping. Spoon into crust. Chill until set about 4 hours.
