BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 chicken, cut up
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1/2 env. Lipton onion soup mix

Mix water in a bowl with soup mix. Put 1 1/2 cup rice on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Put chicken on the rice, then pour soup mixture on top. Bake in 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
