GOOD 'N EASY PIZZA 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. oregano
1 c. (4 oz.) sliced pepperoni
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in sugar, salt, salad oil and flour. (Beat vigorously about 20 strokes.) Allow dough to rest, 5 minutes. Mix sauce: onion, tomato sauce, salt, garlic and pepper; set aside. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Divide dough in half. Pat half of dough on greased baking sheet. Spread 1/2 sauce on pizza dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano. Arrange pepperoni on top and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Yield: 2 pizzas.
