GRAHAM STREUSEL CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. melted butter
1 pkg. Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
1 c. water
1/4 c. cooking oil
3 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13"x9" pan. mix crumbs, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter and set aside.

Blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs on low speed for 30 seconds. Then beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour 1/2 the batter into pan; sprinkle with 1/2 crumb mixture. Spread remaining batter evenly then sprinkle with rest of crumbs. Bake 45 to 50 minutes; cool. Drizzle cake with glaze made from 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 to 2 tablespoons of water. I did add a little extra flour to the mix as suggested on the box for high altitude.
