HAM LOAF | |
2 lb. pork 2 lb. cured ham 1/4 lb. ground beef 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 3 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 can tomato soup 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1 tsp. dry mustard Mix meats, graham crackers, eggs and milk together. Mix and cook for 5 minutes, soup, sugar, vinegar, and mustard and add 1/2 to meat. Shape meat into loaf. Pour remaining sauce over meat. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
