ORANGE FROSTING 
3 egg whites
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. grated orange peel
4 tbsp. orange juice
3 c. powdered sugar

Beat together egg whites, melted butter, orange juice and grated peel. Beat in sifted powdered sugar. Cover top and sides of cake. Peel one orange remove membrane from each section, and place in circle on top of iced cake.
