ART KIDDLE'S ORANGE DIP FOR
FRESH MUSHROOMS
 
1 c. white Karo syrup
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 c. fresh orange juice
3 tbsp. grapefruit juice
1/3 c. white sugar
6 tbsp. dry mustard (mix in small amount of liquid before adding)

Cook over slow heat until smooth. Add: 1/2 orange peel, grated fine

This is a sweet and sour mustard sauce. Suggestion: Stuff whole mushrooms with pork sausage and broil. Use stems for dipping.
