BLENDER CHEESECAKE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter

Put eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour cream into blender. Cover and blend about 15 seconds. With motor on gradually add cream cheese and melted butter. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake in preheated oven 325 degrees, 30-40 minutes or until set in center.
