CHICKEN SALAD 
5 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 c. diced celery
1 can (tall) drained pineapple chunks
1 can diced water chestnuts
1/2 c. green onion (chopped)
1 c. green grapes
1 c. chow mein noodles

DRESSING:

1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. chutney

Combine dressing ingredients. Set aside.

Combine chicken, celery, pineapple, water chestnuts, onion and grapes. Toss salad ingredients with dressing and allow to chill 2 hours before serving. Add chow mein noodles and serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 6.
