MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Work in vanilla, flour and chopped nuts. Shape into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. If dough is too sticky to handle, chill for several hours before shaping into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When cool, roll in powdered sugar. Yield: 2 dozen.
