MAGICALLY MOIST CHICKEN 
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
1 1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise. Place bread crumbs in plastic bag and shake chicken, one piece at a time, coat well. Place on rack in broiler pan. Bake in 425 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
