1 c. Karo syrup
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. peanut butter
2 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. butter
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Melt together syrup, brown sugar and peanut butter. Add cereals. Pat into jelly roll pan. Cool. Mix 1/2 cup butter, pudding, milk and powdered sugar. Frost bars with pudding mixture. Melt together chips and 6 tablespoons butter and spread over pudding mixture.
