COFFEE CAKE 
1 loaf frozen bread dough (thawed)
1/2 box dry butterscotch pudding/pie filling (not instant)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Break bread dough into small pieces and put into greased bundt pan. Sprinkle pudding and brown sugar over dough. Drizzle melted butter over top. Sprinkle walnuts on top. Let raise overnight on counter (cover with plastic wrap). Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 minutes or until brown.
