PRIZE WINNING FUDGE 
12 oz. pkg. (2 c.) chocolate chips
3 (4 oz.) bars German chocolate
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
4 1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk

Put chocolate chips, German chocolate and marshmallow creme in bowl.

Combine sugar, salt, butter, and milk in 3-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Boil steadily over medium heat 6 minutes (keep boiling all the time). Stir constantly to prevent scorching.

Pour boiling syrup over chocolates and marshmallow creme in bowl; beat until chocolate is melted. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Let cool until firm. Pack in airtight containers and store in cold place; can be frozen. Makes 5 pounds.
