QUICK BEEF SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
6 c. water
6 cubes beef bouillon
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. uncooked orzo
1 1/2 c. frozen vegetable blend

Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in large kettle. Drain. Add tomatoes, water, bouillon and pepper. Boil then simmer for 20 minutes. Add orzo and vegetable blend. Simmer 15 minutes.
