QUICK HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. minced onion
3 c. canned tomato juice
1 1/2 c. water
2 cans cream of celery soup (undiluted)
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. grated carrots
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef in skillet. Drain off fat and add onions and cook until tender. Mix juice, water, and celery soup. Add to meat mixture. Stir in other ingredients, cover, simmer 15 minutes. Enjoy!
