HOMEMADE LEMONADE 
2 oz. citric acid
5 lbs. sugar
Juice of 6 lemons
Grated rind of 3 lemons
3 pts. boiling water

Combine all ingredients and stir over medium heat until dissolved. When cooled, store in refrigerator in easy-pour containers. This is a concentrate so use as much as desired either as cool or hot lemonade.
